Machine dedicated to automating the return of the piece to the operator in the loading area. The machine is ideal for the return of parts for customers who work with different panels. In fact, through sensors, the machine recognizes the length and width of the panel and adjusts the cycle for correct return to the operator. The machine has a side aggregate with wheels that allows the panel that exits in a transversal direction to rotate and return to the longitudinal position for returning to the operator.

The machine has two belts that embrace the edge of the beading machine and also extract the smaller panels. For the panels that go out in the transverse and are shorter than the step of the belts, the machine automatically recognizes them and makes a cylinder come out that rotates them a few degrees to increase the surface on the belt group. The machine has inverter and plc to adapt the various speeds of the machine.
