Machine dedicated to automating the return of the piece to the operator in loading area. The machine works through toothed and motorized belts which, having a shorter belt, allows it to intersect, with all the beading machines on the market. The extraction belts extract the panel from the machine to convey it to a plane with a veil of air that generates a low-friction cushion between the panel and the top, so that the panel slides on the plane and goes towards the big belt conveyor. The machine is complete with corner protection fence with a large bulkhead where it is possible to extract the panel by hand in complete safety.

In the machine there is an inverter to adjust the speed of the extraction belts to adapt it to the speed of the beading machine. The panel can be returned in 3 ways:

1. Small Pieces: The plane is always tilted, and during the arrival of the panels by the straps, they slip on the plane and settle on the return belt convayor.
2. Medium Pieces: At the entrance of the panel on the photocell, the plane lifts up to support the panel and then tilts and directs it on belt convayor.
3. Large pieces: At the entrance of the large panel the table is raised to support the panel and when the whole panel is on the table it tilts and a pneumatic lateral pusher pushes it towards the return belt convayor.
